Free shipping in the US. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back.
Shipping
Where we ship
All 50 US states. We don't ship internationally yet.
How long it takes
Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). Most arrive 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
What it costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
Big boxes
The Floor Mat and the Starter Kit ship in one long box. Some carriers leave large boxes at the door instead of asking for a signature, so if you won't be home, tell us and we'll hold the order or change the address.
Wrong address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
What counts as unused
- Mats not rolled out on the floor or used for training
- Bands not stretched or used (latex touches skin, so we can't resell used bands)
- Journals with no writing in them
- Wood and cork with no marks or wear
How to return
- Email benshoshan00@gmail.com with your order email and what you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address within 2 business days.
- Ship it back in the original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
- Once it arrives and we check it, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Kits and sets
Return a kit or set whole for a full refund. If you only want to return part of it, we'll refund that item's regular price minus the kit discount.
Exchanges
We don't do direct swaps. Return the item and place a new order, and we'll ship the new one right away.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to send the original back unless we ask.
