Prehab Giveaway 001: Official Rules

Win the Prehab Starter Kit

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is SEA GC LLC, doing business as Prehab, Deerfield Beach, Florida ("Sponsor"). Questions go to the contact email on the Prehab website.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. The following can't enter: employees of Sponsor, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and people living in their households.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void. Sponsor isn't responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or garbled.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Prehab Starter Kit: one Floor Mat, one set of Anchor Bands, and one Mobility Staff. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $276. The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a component becomes unavailable. The winner pays any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner selection and notification

On or about December 2, 2026, Sponsor will draw the winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 days with a US shipping address. If they don't reply, or the prize comes back as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. Sponsor may require the winner to sign a declaration of eligibility.

7. Use of entries and content

By posting content with @prehab as a bonus entry, you confirm it's your own original content, and you give Sponsor a royalty-free license to repost it on Prehab's channels with credit to you. You can revoke this license for future use by emailing Sponsor.

8. Privacy

Sponsor uses the information you submit to run the giveaway and, if you agree on the entry form, to send you Prehab emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor doesn't sell your information.

9. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its members, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage connected to the giveaway or to receiving or using the prize, to the extent the law allows. Prehab products are exercise equipment; consult a professional before starting a new program.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Social media

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release them from any liability connected to it.

13. Winner's name

For the winner's first name and state, email Sponsor after December 15, 2026, with "Giveaway 001 Winner" in the subject line.
